Here is a summary of our strategic objectives:

Learning: enhance organizational effectiveness in Monitoring, Evaluating, and Learning (MEL) by providing comprehensive staff training in proficient data storage practices and the creation of impactful impact reports.

Programming: launch the Young Innovator Programme to provide comprehensive training Business and Entrepreneurship, with a focus on facilitating connections for small business start-ups and creating employment opportunities.

Partnership and engagement: forge collaborations with local and international youth organizations, government bodies, educational institutions, and financial entities to broaden our impact, thereby ensuring the establishment of comprehensive support systems for our youth.

Financial: attain financial sustainability by diversifying funding sources, encompassing grants, donations, fundraising, partnerships, sponsorships, and engaging in social enterprise initiatives.

Growth: initiate renovations starting January 2024 to establish new classes, offices, a creche, library, meeting spaces, and construct kitchen and sports facilities. Students will move into the newly renovated classes by August 2024 and the greater renovations will be completed by June 2025.
